Barbara,

I am writing you to let you know how pleased we are with the insulation blower that we had refurbished through you company, Ark Seal. We had bought the machine off of craigslist here in the Columbus area, but it was in very bad shape. We used it on one of our houses, and realized that we needed to do some major repairs to it to make it operable. The blower turned on, but it wouldn’t stay on consistently, and it needed several new parts, as well as a new paint job. When we received the machine back we didn’t think it was the same machine. It looked brand new, and better yet, it worked perfectly. We know that we have saved a great deal of time and money from working with Ark Seal, and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them in the future.

I wanted to update you and Boon Beng  Kang and Bokkasa Ng on your machine.    We had added another clutch to the machine since you might be doing dry sprays in the attics.   And this will make it much easier,  and we are  making a few other changes that I think you will be please with.

I am going to attach a few pictures that I took of the training.     It was great to meet  Boon Beng and  Bokkas, I  know that they must have been tired when they got back home with the time change.  I hope that they made it out of Denver without any problems.    I am sending your Manual  by UPS, and  I will send you your exclusive distributor contract saying that you will be able to sell the our machines in South East Asia and Oceania.   I am scheduling your machine to be picked up on Friday March 25th 2011 .
