Fiberiffic

Welcome to Fiberiffic Energy System by Ark Seal International

Foam-A-Blanket

For Architectual Specs Below

Ark Seal's latest project is Fiberiffic. This innovative new system is used for insulating metal buildings, rim joists, block walls, pipe chases, retrofitting and much more. Using ordinary insulation fibers, Fiberiffic mixes them with compressed air and environmentally friendly binder to create a frothing effect. Acting as a carrier, the bubbles burst, encapsulating each individual fiber. When dried, the fibers adhere to themselves and their surroundings, leaving a custom-fit insulated surface.

 Environmentally Friendly

The patented mixing mechanism mixes fibers with binder and compressed air before applying it to the surface. There are virtually no loose airborne fibers during installation.

Fiberiffic binder is non-toxic and poses no health risks. Because the installation is so clean and quick, other trades can work on the job site during installation. This is especially important when considering the retrofit application. This application can now take place in an occupied building.

Unlike conventional spray-on methods Fiberiffic dramatically reduces louse airborne fibers, over spray and cleanup. Compared to to cutting, fitting and fastening conventional insulation blankets, Fiberiffic saves time and money.

What is Fiberiffic Energy System

The Fiberiffic Energy System comes from the inventors and manufacturer of the high performance Blow-in-Blanket System.

Using ordinary insulation fibers, the patented mixing mechanism mixes them with compressed air and environmentally-friendly binder creating a foaming effect. Acting as a carrier, the bubbles burst, encapsulating each individual fiber. This process virtually eliminates loose airborne fibers during installation. When dried, the fibers adhere to themselves and their surroundings, leaving a custom-fit insulated surface.

How is Fiberiffic an improvement over standard methods?
In addition to standard applications, Fiberiffic fills odd-shaped spaces that cannot be insulated using batts. Because of its foam-like consistency, Fiberiffic can flow around pipes and electrical wires in wall cavities providing substantial improvements to heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems.

Fiberiffic is efficient

By creating a custom fit insulation, Fiberiffic enhances thermal properties by preventing warm or cold air from seeping out through any voids. In addition, it improves acoustical properties because the entire building space is completely custom fit with insulation.

Fiberiffic saves time and money
The quick, clean installation does not waste time or money. Time consuming cutting and stapling, gluing or fastening are eliminated. Requiring only two workers to install, Fiberiffic also creates tremendous savings on labor.

Fiberiffic is worker and environmentally-friendly
Fiberiffic binder is non toxic and poses no health risks. And the Fiberiffic process virtually eliminates loose airborne fibers and therefore creates a safer work environment. Because the installation is so clean, quick, and environmentally-friendly, other trades can work on the job site during installation. This is especially important when considering the retrofit application. This complicated application can now take place in an occupied building.

Fiberiffic is profitable

Whether on the job-site or for in-plant manufacturing, Fiberifficprovides new methods to increase profitability.

Fiberiffic's amazing variety of uses will provide installers with a competitive edge, enabling them to broaden their customer bases and penetrate new markets.

The Fiberiffic Energy System provides an easy alternative to current, labor-intensive methods of insulation application by eliminating expensive and time consuming tasks like cutting fitting, and stapling.

For the first time, architects, engineers, insulation contractors and building owners can gain optimum benefit from this new, worker-friendly, cost-effective and versatile insulation system.

Factory training, certification, and technical support is available to all

Fiberiffic customers.
